Mercury-Xenon
LTI’s mercury xenon lamps are essential for
the flat panel fabrication and printed circuit board exposure processes.
The mercury that is added to the lamps results in spectral energy in the
ultraviolet region, which is vital to the exposure curing process.
LTI’s mercury xenon lamps are available in wattages ranging from 1,000
to 8,000 watts and are specifically designed for DC operation.
